PLC - BE FOCUSED IN ORDER TO IMPROVE LEARNING BY SHARING WITH EACH OTHER

Yesterday, I was fortunate to participate in an event organised by the Jemaah Nazir Jaminan Kualiti Negeri Terengganu. 

The speaker, Dr Ekerim A/P Din Chen from the Institut Aminuddin Baki was invited to share her knowledge and experience. 

That special event was meant to rejuvenate on PLC, Professional Learning Community to the officers and head of the schools. 

Through three hours of delivery, Dr Ekerim touched on what is PLC to how this PLC can help learn meant for students and teachers. We need to understand that PLC is all about being focused on an issue that occurred in the learning process, sharing with other people in the same field knowledge, and working together to overcome the problem so that the learning will be improved.
